  • Where is my order?
    Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After order is processed you will receive an additional email providing your tracking number after it has been shipped.
  • Does processing time include shipping time?
    No, processing time takes between 3-14 business days. Then a tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been processed. Shipping times are usually 3-5 days depending on the carrier. * Please understand business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    We are not able to offer exhanges at this time for any products due to sanitation.
  • What do I do if my address was entered incorrectly?
    Please reach out to infoluvinbeauty@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing order with the correct address. Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed. If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
  • My package says delivered but i have not received it?
    In this rare case please contact you local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS hotline. We are not responsible for packages once they are out of our hand and the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package track your order and be available to receive your package on the set date.
